上完這堂課，你可以禮貌地問路、聽懂簡單方向，並在聽不懂時請對方再說一次。
By the end of this lesson, you can ask for directions politely, understand simple directions and ask someone to repeat.
上一課，我們約好了星期六下午三點在咖啡店見。這一課，練習找到見面的地方！

Let’s meet at the café.
1. 在哪裡？
Where Is It?
不好意思。
Bù hǎoyìsi.
Excuse me.
請問，咖啡店在哪裡？
Qǐngwèn, kāfēidiàn zài nǎlǐ?
Excuse me, where is the café?
捷運站在哪裡？
Jiéyùnzhàn zài nǎlǐ?
Where is the MRT station?
廁所在哪裡？
Cèsuǒ zài nǎlǐ?
Where is the restroom?
「不好意思」可以用來引起對方注意；「請問」讓問題更有禮貌。
Use 不好意思 to get someone’s attention. Add 請問 to make your question more polite.

How do I get to the café?
「在哪裡？」詢問位置；「怎麼走？」詢問前往那裡的路線。
在哪裡？ asks about a location. 怎麼走？ asks how to get there.
3. 聽懂簡單方向
Understanding Simple Directions
直走。
Zhí zǒu.
Go straight.
左轉。
Zuǒ zhuǎn.
Turn left.
右轉。
Yòu zhuǎn.
Turn right.
先直走，再右轉。
Xiān zhí zǒu, zài yòu zhuǎn.
Go straight first, then turn right.
咖啡店在左邊。
Kāfēidiàn zài zuǒbiān.
The café is on the left.
咖啡店在右邊。
Kāfēidiàn zài yòubiān.
The café is on the right.
請再說一次。
Qǐng zài shuō yí cì.
Please say that again.
「左轉／右轉」是轉彎的動作；「左邊／右邊」是位置。「先……再……」表示動作順序，這堂課先練習聽懂即可。
左轉 / 右轉 are actions: turn left / right. 左邊 / 右邊 describe a position. 先…再… means first…then…; focus on understanding it in this lesson.

One Useful Grammar Point
地點 + 在哪裡？
Place + 在哪裡？
便利商店在哪裡？
Biànlì shāngdiàn zài nǎlǐ?
Where is the convenience store?
把想找的地點放在「在哪裡」前面。回答可以用「地點＋在＋位置」。
Put the place you are looking for before 在哪裡. To answer, use place + 在 + position.
便利商店在右邊。
Biànlì shāngdiàn zài yòubiān.
The convenience store is on the right.

Emma is on her way to meet Lisa and asks a passer-by for directions.
Emma：不好意思，請問咖啡店怎麼走？
Bù hǎoyìsi, qǐngwèn kāfēidiàn zěnme zǒu?
Excuse me, how do I get to the café?
路人：先直走，再右轉。咖啡店在左邊。
Xiān zhí zǒu, zài yòu zhuǎn. Kāfēidiàn zài zuǒbiān.
Go straight first, then turn right. The café is on the left.
Emma：不好意思，請再說一次。
Bù hǎoyìsi, qǐng zài shuō yí cì.
Sorry, could you say that again?
路人：直走，右轉。咖啡店在左邊。
Zhí zǒu, yòu zhuǎn. Kāfēidiàn zài zuǒbiān.

團體練習
Group Practice
1. 方向暖身：老師說「直走、左轉、右轉」，同學用手勢回應，再交換角色。
1. Direction warm-up: respond with gestures when your teacher says go straight, turn left or turn right. Then swap roles.
2. 地點替換：兩人一組，輪流用「請問，＿＿在哪裡？」詢問詞彙表中的地點。
2. Change the place: work in pairs and take turns asking 請問，＿＿在哪裡？ using places from the vocabulary table.
3. 地圖問路：老師在共享白板畫一個簡單路口，標出起點、面向與咖啡店。依照地圖指路，每次最多兩個步驟；再換一個目的地。
3. Map practice: your teacher draws a simple junction on a shared whiteboard and marks your starting point, facing direction and a café. Give directions with no more than two steps, then change the destination.
A：不好意思，請問 ______ 怎麼走？
B：先 ______，再 ______。______ 在 ______。
A：請再說一次。
B：______，______。
A：謝謝！
B：不客氣！
左右以問路者前進時面向的方向為準。
Left and right are from the perspective of the person following the directions.

Final Challenge
不看英文，完成一段約 30 秒的問路對話。禮貌開口、詢問路線、聽懂方向並道謝；需要時請對方再說一次。
Have a short conversation of about 30 seconds without looking at the English. Get someone’s attention politely, ask for directions, follow the route and say thank you. Ask for repetition when needed.
